I got real sick

I don’t know if I wrote on here or not but I got strep throat and ended up hospitalized because my fever wouldn’t come down. I ended getting a shot on my butt and gtting antibiotics. I got such a high fever that I ended up delirious and crying and saying nonsense according to my hubby and mu sis in law.

I have had strep throat before but never high fever that wont come down and I end up being admitted for a day in the hospital. While I was in the hospital I kept seeing commericals for an eternity band and you guessed it now I want one. I have been wanting an anniversary ring for quite a while but now I want an eternity band.

I am barely getting better and I haven’t seen the commerical ever since I got back home. I wonder if they show different commericals from direct tv and regular cable t.v? Well guys that is what has been going on with me. What has been going on with you guys?

My hubby decided that our house wasn’t full enough and went out and bought a pair of parakeets. At least he picked them in the color I like. I was not very happy because I know I am the one that will be feeding the birds and changing the paper in their cage and washing their cage out.

I know the birds look pretty and my kids like them but no one likes to clean up after them.I don’t know why my hunny insists on having pets that end up being my responsibility more than his or the kids. I have never really been a pet person but after taking care of these birds I just might be. So here is aqua and marine

I am running around like a chicken with her head cut off looking for last minute christmas presents. I have family staying with me and I need to find them a nice gift. I dont want them to feel left out when the family opens presents.

I am wondering if a nice gift basket from bath and body works will do the trick. I am not sure what to get her since she said there isnt anything that she really wants. I can always get her a gift card that that always seems like not much thought has gone into it.

Ugh I wonder if I can take her to the store with me and see if she sees anything she might like or hint around.

I am here in Vegas and I am having a blast.We have had a good fun time having girl talk and I cant wait to go to my cousins wedding. I really hope I picked the right dress for the wedding. My whole family is down in vegas for the wedding and there is alot of partying going around this weekend.

I am sure this is going to be a weekend to never forget. I hope I dont act a fool. Especially with my family around. I also hope that the shot and pain meds I got yesterday help because I sure couldnt move or think straight yesterday.

Every once in a while it crosses my mind how much I would like to work in the medical field. I would love to be able to wear fashion seal scrub sets and be able to help people. I will admit that I would totally shop at http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/ and get all the scrubs I needed.

I am one of those people who would wear my uniform proudly and be proud to be helping people all the time. I jsut really need to get my general education done and start picking a career. My kids are getting older and its time that I think about what I would like to do with my life.

I really want to have something to fall back on. I want to be able to have something to do that will have meaning and that I will be proud of doing.

My tooth hurts :(

I wwoke up with my tooth bothering me again. I hate going to the dentist but by the looks of it I am not going to have any choice. I am going to have to go and look at all the dentist tools and dental supplies that it takes to fix my tooth. I really hate going to the dentist but I dont have a choice.

I really hope they dont decide to do a root canal. I hate having to get serious work on my teeth. Why oh why cant I have perfect teeth that dont have any cavaties or anything that needs some serious work.

I can’t believe this happened to me.

I haven’t been writing much on here because I got injured on tuesday at walmart. I was walking towards the cash register when I slipped and fell because there was water on the floor and no sign or anyone blocking the area where there was water. immediately felt excrutiating pain and almpst passed out. I an such a wuss when it comes to pain. Yhe paramedics had to come and take me to the hospital but before they could even move me they had to give me a shot of morphine. I get to the hospital and I am still in so much pain. I ended up with another shot of dilaudid so they could get some x-rays.

I ended up having a strained back and an ankle sprain and a knee strain. To say I am in pain doesn’t cover it. I cannot believe this happened to me. I have so many things to do and now I am not even supposed to be standing up for long. This really sucks!!!

Maybe tonight will be one of those nights

I love the days when I am able to have a few hours of quiet time. What do I do during those hours you ask? Well I for one try to catch up on my shows that I haven’t had time to watch. I love watching law and order :svu and house. I also like to watch some of the movies we have at home.

I watched a crazy movie recently with Liam Nessan and one of the bad guys tries to run away and when he thinks he has gotten away clean he gets hit by a truck. That’s karma for his butt. I bet you he wished he would have had a Brooklyn Accident Lawyer or someone to help him out after he got hit. I get so into these action movies that I end up talking to the t.v and telling the characters to run or look out. Thank goodness I am at home and not at a theater or I am sure I would have been kicked out.

Maybe tonight will be one of those nights where the kids will go to sleep when they are supposed to and I can sit down and relax and get to watch a good movie.

I wonder what it was ?

We had an eventful weekend. We went to Las Vegas to drop off the inlaws because my Hubbies grandma is not doing good and his mother went to go take care of her. While there we stayed in a hotel and I think we might have gotten bit by bedbugs because we got little bumps that itch.

I am so disgusted at the thought that such a fancy hotel might have had bedbugs. I am gonna make a doctor’s appointment to see If we can get some cream or something to stop the itching. Hubby took pictures of his bites and I am not sure if he is gonna complain or what.

Ughh I am soo creeped out by the thought that it might have been bed bugs that bit us or some kind of bug.

Back pain go away

I have been in so much pain lately. My back has been acting up due to the cold weather we have been getting. I think mother nature got confused and doesnt know wether it wants to be spring or winter. One day I can be wearing shorts and tank tops and another day I have to bust out the coat and sweats.

I used to think I was the only one whose back reacted to the cold but my mother in law has the same problem too. I really hope the weather settles on what it wants to be and I can put my winter wardrobe away.My kids might like the everchanging weather but not me.

In less than two weeks my kids will be off for summer vacation. I wonder what kind of activities we can plan to entertain the kids. I dont want them to be bored all summer long. I hope we can spend some time in San Diego.
